Currently, I'm Associate Director of Procurement at Adicet Bio (NASDAQ: ACET), where I lead a team managing enterprise-wide spend across clinical, R&D, manufacturing, and IT. Before this, I was the sole U.S. procurement lead at Zai Lab (NASDAQ: ZLAB), managing their entire $50M operation while establishing alignment with Shanghai headquarters.

My background in finance gave me analytical skills, but what happened at Pharmacyclics changed everything. I started in compliance, moved to procurement, and realized most of our "unsolvable" process problems could actually be fixed with the right automation. So I taught myself Python, learned SQL, and started building solutions.

The magic happens when you combine solid procurement experience with the ability to automate the boring stuff. While other professionals talk about digital transformation, I just build it. That's led to some pretty impressive results: 30% faster processing times, 40% reduction in manual work, and systems that actually make people's jobs easier instead of harder.
